1. Who We Are
UBERMAIL is a free email deliverability testing service operated by
W.E.S.T.Art S.r.l. ("Westart"), a company registered in Italy.
This service is available at ubermail.cloud.
2. What We Collect
When you use UBERMAIL, we process the following data:
- Test emails — The emails you send to the generated test address are temporarily stored on our servers for analysis. They are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
- Email metadata — Headers, SPF/DKIM/DMARC results, spam scores, and routing information are extracted from your test email to generate the deliverability report.
- Cloudflare Turnstile token — We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify you are a human. No personal data is collected by this verification; it is processed by Cloudflare under their privacy policy.
3. What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not use cookies or tracking scripts.
- We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics.
- We do not store your IP address beyond standard server access logs (retained for 7 days for security purposes).
- We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.
4. Purpose of Processing
All data is processed solely to provide you with an email deliverability report.
The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) —
providing the service you have voluntarily chosen to use.
5. Data Retention
- Test emails: Deleted automatically within 24 hours.
- Deliverability reports: Not stored persistently. Generated on-the-fly and discarded.
- Server logs: Retained for 7 days, then purged.
6. Data Location
Test emails are processed on servers located in Germany (EU), operated by
DigitalOcean. The web frontend is served via Cloudflare Pages (global CDN).
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Since test emails are deleted within 24 hours and we do not link them to any identity, there is typically no personal data to exercise these rights against.
